If you die while employed by PLD they give your family 10 thousand.

Cons

No raises whatsoever. Segregation between office and warehouse workers. Office employees come in the warehouse as they please yet warehouse workers have no access to office without being walked in by a supervisor. No 401k match. No opportunities to move up in company unless you are friends with manager, brown nose or willing to move up for no increment in pay. Dead end job that has no interest in taking care of their employees. People are quitting left and right because there is nothing to look forward to. No raises three times will do that to loyal employees

I really value the strong sense of team at PL Developments. Everyone works together regardless of title, which creates a supportive and collaborative environment. The culture feels very family oriented, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork and open communication across all levels. One of the reasons I’ve been here for over 15 years is being able to see the company’s growth and success firsthand, and it’s been rewarding to be part of that journey.

I think PL Developments has a strong foundation, especially when it comes to teamwork and culture. One area for improvement could be continuing to enhance communication and transparency across all levels, especially as the company grows. As we expand, keeping everyone aligned and informed can help maintain the close knit, family-oriented environment we value.
