3D Company - Disappointing, Discouraging and Demeaning - Machine Operator PLI (Plasticard - Locktech International) Employee Review

From day one The PLI Executive team (new and old) made it a point that the "former company's culture no longer existed. We are still waiting for that to happen. Somehow, we are right back where we were years ago with the former company. Saying yes to every job that is offered by customers and setting expectations that we cannot meet. All the while we have to work crazy hours, don't get to see our families, can't ask for a day off because there is nobody else to do our job for us. We are told to think outside the box and take initiative and ownership but IF we do it's ignored and then someone else in the executive team takes the credit for it. If PLI is innovative and a leader in the industry why are we going backwards and working twice as hard when there are ideas and processes that can make everyone's job more enjoyable. Don't know how much longer we can put up with.
