PLI is a wonderful place to have fun with your coworkers, some nice perks. Decent pay.
Cons
It is really sad how management always seems to oppress people and take credit for things that the people under them do. Anyone who actually takes tries to make something better either gets completely ignored or their idea stolen with zero credit (of course there is probably some bonus the management gets, but nothing to the employee who took initiative) It's a growing company and 'employee owned'! But you're going to have to spend a very long time there before you get anything of value from it. Raises are usually very little, if any. Even when doing a bangup job. When I started I saw that there were very negative reviews and I dismissed them as "Crazies". Now I think they were spot on. Just as a demonstration, look at how those reviews have so much more in Cons than in Pros
