Pros
Many of the lowest level employees and shift leaders are good hard working people. Easiest job you will EVER have. I'm surprised they aren't training chimps to do this stuff. As long as you wind up in the right building and on the right shift it can be laid back. Emphasis on right building and shift.
Cons
Upper and Mid level management are incompetent in nearly every way, but will go out of their way to talk about how great they are every chance they get. ESPECIALLY Peter Krauss, he LOVES talking about himself. The pay is garbage. They claim to pay a living wage, but cherry pick the lowest data-set they can find to justify that claim. Raises are almost non-existent. They got rid of the cost of living raise that used to be given out every year to every employee in order to make way for merit raises (Because us lowly peasants weren't deserving of that extra 20 cents a year) that are either never given out (I don't know a single person who got one in the 2 years it's been going) or are given out so infrequently that they shouldn't even exist. Go ahead and bust your tail for a year doing everything you can possibly do and I promise you, you'll get 50 cents or less for your efforts. There is no opportunity at all to move up in this company if you are in the production sector. I challenge anyone interviewing with this company to ask your interviewer to tell you a CLEAR path to promotion as a production employee, and don't be satisfied with buzzwords and diversion tactics. Tell them to lay it out for you, they won't be able to. Overtime is BRUTAL when it comes around. Upper management does not care AT ALL that you have a life, and a family, and other things to do than spend 12 hours a day 6-7 days a week feeding cards into a machine. You will work for weeks without a break because someone in sales (who doesn't care how hard you work by the way) made a boo boo and over-promised, they will get a bonus for making a sale and you will pay for it with ALL of your time. This industry will be dead in 10 years or less, and that is being generous.
