Pros
The immediate supervisors are relatively communicative, and try not to pass the buck. I am lucky to have the supervisor that I have. Most people there are pleasant enough and can relate to the communal concerns.
Cons
Not recognizing the difference between the quality employees that can take PLI to the next level, from the ones that are holding us back and impeding the progress necessary to become special, and rewarding the lazy underachievers. It's often said, if you want a promotion, just do a subpar job or be a problem.
