With due respect as a "former employee" your perspective seems a bit off in your post. Not only do we work hard to avoid politics in the work place, we have gone to the extreme by instituting a "Zero Gossip" policy and taken other steps to ensure the work place is pleasant, encouraging and productive. We do not play favorites and have a strong and diverse team. We do NOT however tolerate people who do not work or perform to the levels necessary in their position. That is how we have grown the way we have over the last several years. We have a no apologies approach to our efforts to achieve as close to perfect as possible.
