Pros
Great company, fast growing with great leadership. I am where I am in my career thanks to the leadership of PLI, they truly do invest in their employees and will break down walls to have them succeed. I worked on the international team and learnt a lot about a customer first aproach and to be honest, I learnt a lot about myself. The main leader was more than just a boss, he was a mentor to all sales, a coach. All in all, great company with great talent.
Cons
The only con and this is strictly my own opinion, in some cases it wasnt easy to work with certain people due to " old work habits". Some individuals get caught up in routine and forget to think outside the box. However, I believe that the leadership will weed this employees out if not done already. I was given an opportunity to advance within PLI however this was the reason why I chose to venture elsewhere.
