-Its hard work- and if you aren't willing to work hard- then you won't make it (simple concept) -No everyone is a SALES person-- if you cannot effectively build relationships with others through the phone this job will not be for you -We work longer hours then most -Have you ever heard the quote- "Live your life now like others wouldn't so that you can live the rest of your life like others can't"-- embody that on a daily basis! The first 12-13 months of this job you will have to work harder than you can ever imagine-- and then-- the promise land of full commission hits and your pay check depends on your work ethic! For most of us that is a VERY good thing-- if you aren't willing to work for it- it might not be such a good thing for you.
