Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Pay is horrible. Manager takes business for himself when employees leave . He was never in the office and was not a good trainer. Very uncomfortable office as one employee constantly speaks religion and try’s to convert other employees. Overall, this was the worst company I had ever been apart of. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

We are disappointed to hear your experience at PLS did not meet the PLS standard or your expectations. At PLS, we take current and former employee feedback seriously. We have restructured the commission structure and removed sales responsibilities from our office leaders to prevent experiences such as yours. Please send an email to our human resources department to further discuss your experience and improvement opportunities at hr@plslogistics.com – PLS Management

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
