PLS Logistics has given me the financial opportunity to change my life. Being in my early twenties, the experience of learning everything about sales, operations, billing, claims, and negotiating is very valuable. Not a lot of people can get that type of experience fresh out of college. The experience to grow and build my own book of business is a thrill filled with life lessons. This position is a “you get out what you put in” type of job, but the rewards are endless. The job keeps me driven and motivated and has improved my detail-oriented skills, communication, and time management. All everyday life skills that will make you more marketable wherever you go.
Justin Feroce is one of the greatest leaders in the industry and by far the best boss I've ever had. He looks out for his employees and makes sure people who work hard get opportunities they deserve. Justin leads by example, which is why so many people succeed here. He has nurtured this office to where he can rely on senior members to help others. This is valuable because it even gives senior members an opportunity to gain leadership skills as well.
Overall, this office is a great place to work. It's filled with opportunities and endless experiences. The leadership couldn't be better. The job itself is challenging, but filled with rewards.

Though the turnover rate is high, it filters out people who want to be here over those who treats this job as "just another job."
