Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to hear you are enjoying the office culture! We are sorry that PLS has not met your expectations for salary and commission payment. While we offer uncapped commission for our employees, we also understand the nature of sales within the logistics industry can be difficult while building your sales portfolio. PLS strives to provide its team members with the training they need to succeed, and we are disappointed to hear we have not provided the support you need to meet your commission aspirations. We would love to hear more about your experience as we are constantly searching for ways to ensure our employees are reaching their goals and receive the support they need to succeed. We would also like to hear your suggestions for incentives for employees. Please reach out to our HR department at hr@plslogistics.com or your manager with details. – PLS Management

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
