Pros
My time at PLS was amazing. The company has completely restructured its business model to allow the Account Executives to focus on selling. I had read the old reviews saying that you wear too many hats, and the management does not care about you. I can say from personal experience that this is absolutely not the case anymore. The management are extremely caring, and helpful with whatever questions you may have. The work atmosphere could not be better, everyone there instantly becomes your friend, and wants to help you in any way you could need. There is massive potential for growth, and if you hustle and stay consistent with call volume, building a long term profitable career will become reality. If you are hesitant about this position, and unsure whether to go through. I would absolutely recommend you giving it a shot, the company wants the best for all employees, and does a phenomenal job showing it. Be ready to hustle, and in return you will have a long term successful career.
Cons
The only con I can think of is working the occasional Saturday shift. Very short few hour shift not the end of the world, freight is always moving!
The pros FAR outweigh the cons.
