Although the company grows from within. It doesnt provide the opportunity for people with less to no experience to learn from others with professional experience outside of PLS Somewhat Immature environment even though it is friendly lack of technical sales training Feeling of irrelevancy especially during first 3 months misleading salary 38k + commission is whats told. but its much more complex than that Alot of information and information not available about certain parts of the industry which caps you in opportunities. unless you can figure it out on your own 100 cold calls a day?!!?!???!!??? on top of trying to do other work
