Pros

Good experience and decent pay for recent grads. 401k match is good too, if you plan on staying their for over a year. There is good money to be made here if lucky, but you can say that about the lottery too.

Cons

Extreme miro management. Only get 20 cents per dollar you make for the company. They do not invest in you, they just hire a mass amount of people hoping some of them "make" it. When you roll out, which is celebrated and looked as you made it- only make 44000 on 100% commission. This place is a slaughter house. People quit and get fired all the time, because of poor management. Let's just put it this way, no manager has ever read a leadership book. There are alot of good companies out there, that invest in you, and don't look at you as a liability to the company.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
