I am motivated by innovation and PMGroup has given me the opportunity to make ideas reality. This is quite unusual for a company in this space.
Cons
Considering the size and age of the company they do well with what budget is available. With a larger company you get things like canteens and newer buildings. However this is not a large company, so you can't really expect them.
