No change control within projects. Client changes happening far too easily with no inter discipline impact analysis and additional time not charged to clients to implement changes. Poor communication on project changes which are often agreed between one or two senior people and not communicated to other engineering disciplines resulting in frustration within design teams wasted manhours and a chaotic type atmosphere. Lots of double jobbing Architects doing plant layout Birmingham office small in comparison to Irish offices and as a result they run small scale projects and are heavily relying on Cork/Dublin sending them sections of work of any significance.
