Pros
Good track record of projects all over the world, with some major milestone projects in Ireland. Good brand and website and brochures look very professional. Freedom to work on projects your own way with little supervision (but that totally depends on your manager).
Cons
- The hiring of some clearly incompetent individuals who are all talk is truly demoralising. They are just there to talk a lot but when it comes to results, they don't contribute at all. Why can't senior management see that? - Salary isn't the best. Turnover is exceptionally high in Asia and I can't even keep track on who to work with anymore. - When things go bad, the claws are out. Get ready for finger pointing and the blame game instead of working together to solve the problem.
