What a horrid company - Developer PNI Digital Media Employee Review

horrible culture, no autonomy, lack of trust in their employees, parental treatment, hierarchical, not casual, not flexible, code is a nightmare to work with, drowning in technical debt, unable to adapt to changes because of it's culture, and unable to solve it's technical problems which are deeply entrenched, there is no satisfaction gained from working on the horribly messy code base.
