Pros
Great place for cowboy coders to drop undocumented, untested software on major retailers, and leave others to fix the problems. Whatever languages and technologies you know, they probably use them somewhere.
Cons
Management all salespeople; will promise customers anything and, once they make the sale, have no interest in supporting the project. Get used to working nights and weekends. Overcrowded, dingy offices like cattle stalls. No long-term planning, every project ignores everything done or learned before. What's this week's fad? They're on it!
