Pros

A company that cares about its employees more than the business and has strong Christian beliefs. Flexible with life changes and offers career paths for any employee.

Cons

The process of producing the product is an ongoing one, so the company operates four shifts, 7 days a week. Some people like this, and others find it a con to the job. The facility is not air-conditioned except in the office area so that it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Best environment I have ever worked in, you can tell that Poet cares about its employees, I enjoyed going to work.

You need to be able to pick up on things quickly, the job involves a lot of going with the flow and figuring things out.
