      Pros

      I cannot say enough about the people I get to work with every single day. I usually love most people - it's part of my ENFP personality - however, the people at POET are extra amazing. They are not only some of the more intelligent people around... they are some of the kindest! Almost everyone here wants to pitch in and volunteer to help whenever there's a need! We have so much fun as well. There's not a day that we aren't having some great laughs! The people here are REAL!

      Cons

      Not many I can think of. Like most companies, we can continue to focus on improving our communication. Since I teach DISC, Enneagram and a few other assessments, I understand that each person's style (Personality Profile) will need different levels of communication -- that's just how the world works. We do work hard to make sure to improve communication and that's what really matters!

      Best environment I have ever worked in, you can tell that Poet cares about its employees, I enjoyed going to work.

      You need to be able to pick up on things quickly, the job involves a lot of going with the flow and figuring things out.
