Pros

When everyone works together to achieve the goals we set out to do it really is a positive and fun work environment with good konwledge transfer. I enjoy working here to hopefully make changes for the better and make the overall work experience better as a whole. It is a fast paced and mentally challenging environment if you dig into it and learn the industry.

Cons

There is a lack of growth in knowledge transfer, lack of pay spread between the good employees that want to learn and maintain a clean facility and the bad ones that need fired or replaced but being so short staffed we cannot afford to do that. Poet thinks too large and leaves a lot of profit on the table that doesn't make it to the hands of those that do the actual work for it. Health insurance is expensive. Barely worth getting it unless you know you will have 10.000 in medical expenses every year.

Best environment I have ever worked in, you can tell that Poet cares about its employees, I enjoyed going to work.

Cons

You need to be able to pick up on things quickly, the job involves a lot of going with the flow and figuring things out.
