POET truly wants to make a difference in the world, whether it's at its facilities, in the local communities, or across the world. POET has many ways it works to enhance the experience of its team members including having a fitness center at each of its facilities. It is also continually looking for ways to innovate and create the highest value possible for its customers. POET works to engage with both local communities other countries on service projects and grants to help make the world a better place for all. As an individual, I've been provided excellent support and development from our leadership and technical teams. Being a larger company in the industry allows for a wide range of knowledge sharing and advancement opportunities.

Best environment I have ever worked in, you can tell that Poet cares about its employees, I enjoyed going to work.

Cons

You need to be able to pick up on things quickly, the job involves a lot of going with the flow and figuring things out.
