Pros

-Great MIT (Manager in Training) program. From the ground up training in all aspects of running a business. -Large enough that you get opportunities and job stability with good pay and benefits but small enough that all new managers coming through the training program get to meet the CEO, CFO and the rest of the executive team and ask questions about the business. -Many classes are taught by the executive team during the training program. -The company operates in a dozen countries so opportunities to work internationally exist. -The company doesn't micromanage. Managers are empowered to resolve issues and to take action. Every branch is run like a small business and are encouraged to do what is right in their very diverse markets. -Important responsibilities as soon as you are placed into a job after the MIT program. -A good chunk of Middle and Upper management are within 5-10 years of retirement generating many opportunities for determined employees to move up.

Cons

Hot summers in a warehouse enviornment. Extremely busy during peak season. Not an office/corporate job (that could be a Pro for some people).
