The management team from the department managers all the way to the CEO are deeply invested in the company and employees. Hard work is rewarded in the form of raises, promotions, and bonuses.
Cons
Compensation can be lacking when compared to competitors. There is no consideration for regional adjustments, so employees in states with low cost of living make the same as those in expensive areas. The phrase "if you're only in it for the money, then POWER isn't the place for you" is aptly used to describe the compensation situation.
