I really do feel that POWER has it figured out, compared to the multiple other companies that I have worked for throughout the power industry. Benefits are better than average. Bonus and raises are very merit-driven and fair. Opportunities are abundant and limitless for hard, dedicated workers. Minimal-to-none office politics; conversely, POWER seeks and hires team- & solution-oriented folks who we all want to work with. Work-life balance is considered and important to all teammates and management. Everyone I mention POWER to, I tell them that this is my career company and I am so glad I found it! I encourage everyone to consider POWER for their career as well.

Pay is not the literal highest, but other benefits and incentives easily make up for it. Work-life balance is actually balanced.
