Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working at POWER. The company cultivates a genuine familial atmosphere by placing emphasis on continuous learning, encouraging integrity-driven actions, and fostering a culture of sharing successes, irrespective of one's position within the company hierarchy. I perceive myself more as a family member than merely an "employee." Additionally, I consider fortunate to have one of the best Manager's at POWER who passionately advocates for POWER's mission of Doing good, Having Fun, and Building Success. The people at POWER are amazing and have supported me throughout my learning and growing journey at POWER.

Cons

POWER is currently undergoing significant growth, leading to numerous changes that may seem overwhelming to some. Our rapid expansion phase may appear chaotic, but it's a natural part of the process.

Pros

Was a genuinely great place to work. Great people and great culture. It was worth the slightly-lower-than-average pay because work life balance and benefits were great. I enjoyed going to work every day.

Cons

Poor financial decisions from upper management regarding the shareholder program led to the company's demise. Upper management sold out to WSP. Management made millions while long time employees got zilch. As someone else had mentioned, retention bonuses were unfairly distributed. Most people didn't get any retention bonus even if they had been long time employees of the company. It really felt like everyone who wasn't upper management got stabbed in the back. They got their payout then dumped the company. Still stings to this day.
