-The micromanaging is just...wow. Prepare to be treated and talked to like you're a preschooler. Just so insanely disrespectful.
-My managers did not even attempt to make an effort when I reached out with questions or concerns. This in turn hurt my career in the end, which is unfortunate that it reflected poorly on me instead of them.
-Work became stagnant and none of the PMs wanted to give up their billable hours, meaning I in turn had nothing of substance to do.
-My manager also made up lies about me to try and force me out and unfortunately for me, it worked. No one ever asked for my side of the story. (Make sure you get everything in writing and forward all evidential emails to your personal email account. Lesson learned).
-The pay SUCKS!!! Pay your employees what they deserve!!! Also, the PTO is nonexistent. 10 days a year that you have to earn.... that's a joke.
-Billable timesheets. Bane of my existence. I understand why, but get rid of the utilization goals. This truly just adds unnecessary stress for no reason and promotes greediness within in the upper management to not delegate any of their work.
