      Great Corporation. very profitable, open minded, several business units, enhance tecnology as a differentiation, very clear unique selling preposition, great team. It is replacing several colaborators who are leaving the company for retirement, which can be a good opportunity to youngers

      Do no offer too much opportunities to who wants to work in another country.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
