      Pros

      decent pay, not a bad place to work and get experience in the paint industry. team members easy to get along with.

      Cons

      lack of overall one of one training, not enough product demos with new team members, lack of concern for employees, slow and not good computers.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
