      Pros

      Decent pay, if u don't mind working 50- 60 hour weeks for no reason.

      Cons

      Management more interested in bottom line, but not good at their jobs...so the plant is very poorly managed. Morale is low. No trust. Old building. Very dirty. Very Hot. Union plant, but no actual union support.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
