      Pros

      Physical work which was great. Fast paced, moved pretty quickly. Was very easy to move up as long as you were a hard worker.

      Cons

      Tech and equipment was all very old. Driven by numbers and it didn't matter if the machine was messing up or not, it was always your fault. They started replacing old equipment as I was getting ready to leave.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
