      Pros

      The people and benefits are great - 401K matching up to 6%, good healthcare options, etc. Internal communications have improved greatly, and the company has been undergoing major changes for the past 1-2 years which is bringing in fresh perspective.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is tough due to heavy work loads and conservative company perspective on things such as flexible schedules. Salaries are widely considered to be low for the amount of work and responsibility given to employees.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
