      Good pay, overtime optional, lots of work. Union environment.

      Cons

      Hot in summer cold in winter. Long sleeves and hard hat in summer is a bummer. 2 tier wage scale makes difficult.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
