      Pros

      Great workers in the plant! Most functional groups get along and work well together. I've heard that other plants are good to work for.

      Cons

      Leadership is disjointed from production. Quality and Safety are second to production. Unattainable goals given by Leadership and employees held accountable anyway.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
