      Could work independently and let me make Draw Downs a full-time position: let me revamp department to be workable, filing system & labels. other stores protocol.,by laminating procedures.

      Cons

      Since it WAS never a real position; company didn't see it as a different position which deserved larger pay rate.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
