      Pros

      Job security if you keep performing. Great 401k match and benefits. You can retire from here if you really don't care about competitive market!!!

      Cons

      Do not recognize talent, to much uptight, minimum to no pay raises even if you get excels throughout your career. Pays almost 15 to 20% lower than market value. Do not care for home grown talent !! Engineers be ready for on calls all the time which is not a big deal but your boss will never show up on call.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
