      Pros

      -Fantastic people and management. -Good benefits -Fair Pay and realistic incentive program. -Good balance of technical and administrative work.

      Cons

      -Large company so the wheel turns slowly. Takes a long time to get simple things completed occasionally. -Terrible credit department, avoids communication for highly important matters and are unfortunately a real and negative hurdle to the company functionality and sales process.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
