      Pros

      Employee discounts, Weekly pay, no late hours. Team environment. Superior products!!! Positive attitudes all around where you are happy coming to work.

      Cons

      Need to hire more people, Pay needs to be higher. There is a lot of favoritism when trying to move up. Where the guy they like is hired more often then the guy qualified.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
