Pros
There are not a lot of pros working for this company. Here are a couple of Pros: Flexible schedule, company vehicle and company cell phone.
Cons
You have to pay $125 per month for your company car. Technology is extremely outdated compared to our competition. My office/store does not have air conditioning which makes it an extremely uncomfortable working environment. Benefits are not that great. Males only get one week of paternity paid leave. Pay is subpar. Very hard to achieve sales goals when you are constantly battling internal company problems. For example constantly out of stock in warehouse, batch issues, not enough product line, product skus not created and takes weeks to get new sku number.
