      We work as a close team and there is good interaction between management and employees. There are opportunities career wise if the hard work is put in

      This is a global company so some decisions taken by management can seem at odds with the needs of the local business but I'm sure this is a common theme among global corporations

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
