      Pros

      Great Co-workers, direct Managers and Directors. They like to promote from within. In my experience, PPG managers were good about not pushing/expecting overtime.

      Cons

      Salaries are not even close to the going market rates. Healthcare insurance premiums are quite high. Promotion pay raises are quite small.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
