Benefits are decent and most staff at this particular plant are willing to help

Mojave is terrible. Management enables bullying and harassment. HR "can't do anything." If employee is friends with management then you are out of luck. Watched people leave because of the harassment and bullying. People are afraid to speak up because of fear of retaliation. Have to watch your back in the labs because people violate conflict of interest and ethic conduct but are still protected by the some of the management there. They will gang up on you if they don't like you. Watched other departments be allowed to yell at and fingerpoint at other departments. Very toxic environment. Compared to rest of "Aerospace Valley", pay is mediocre. Safety is supposed to be #1 but have seen violations from a newly salaried employee who seems not to care and throws other employees under the bus. Work/life balance- depends on your team.
