      Pros

      Fair, responsive, value employees and their inputs. Committed to making a good workplace and committed to customer satisfaction. Do offer you to apply to a new position in main headquarters or a different type of position in the same store if your local position is eliminated during a new store purchase.

      Cons

      Many locations are paint stores in the retail market. There are no office personnel in the local stores, unfortunately some positions are eliminated when they purchase new outlets.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
