      - 40 hours guaranteed - Consistent Schedule -Good amount of paid vacation

      Cons

      - Little to no chance for promotion unless you relocate - Severely understaffed -Middle and upper management are unresponsive -Raises and bonuses are promised and never delivered regardless of performance.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
