      Mostly, co-workers are nice. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Pay is below market median. Few advancement opportunities even if you're willing to move. Management plays favorites so good luck. Retention of motivated individuals is lacking

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
