      Pros

      Good atmosphere, not many employees at my branch so I've learned several different duties from stocking shelves to dealing with suppliers and closing the store.

      Cons

      Can get very slow at times which allows time to drag on. Management can be very strict with some policies that don't seem to be necessary.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
