Worst Company I ever worked for - Customer Service Representative (CSR) PPG Employee Review

the pay is offensive, you bust your butt off day in and day out for management to tell you that its not enough. My work was never enough and i was constantly belittled. there is no work life balance. upper managment works in paint but has no idea how to sell, tint or know how a store runs. Store managment went for smoke breaks every 10 mins, has her kid come hang out for hours, he's 30 lol, spend company time buying a house and leaving early. I got sick and immeditely got pulled into a meeting about how i wasnt a hard worker anymore and they were dissapointed in me after i ran this sotre with one other staff memeber for 8 months lol
