Pros
They pay for the gas and the car
Cons
Management is beyond incompetent, borderline comic book villain stupid and evil. This is not hyperbole. They will pay new reps with 0 experience, knowledge, or skills 10-15k more than their veterans with decades of experience under their belt, then they are left scratching their heads why so many talented people are leaving. Absolutely cult-like behavior, demanding you to donate free time to a job where you get no pay or recognition, it would be comical if I saw it in a movie. Lost like 80% of their senior leadership and Irick has the gall to say "well, opportunities arise for people." As if 80% of your upper staff are all going to find "better opportunities" within like 6 months of each other. They left because you're a glorified rentacop that spent all his time on base sucking the silver of his spoon. These people have no self awareness for how much they are despised by every single employee they have. Expect no respect to be given to you, do not expect your work to be appreciated or rewarded, do not trust the snakes at HR that will share your private medical information with your leadership, and do not drink any of the kool-aid they offer. This job is purely a stepping stone, do not use this for a career you will regret it.
