      Managers are supporting, You have certain training to take, company also focus on employees taking skill up course, Newly built office wilth all amenities, PPG points as rewards.

      Cons

      Closings can be a bit harsh for some people, salary on a bit average side, You are not paid for overtime (if any) but you can take off for the time you worked over time.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
